Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Maa Annapurneshwari Catering Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MACS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

MACS provides catering services for various events including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, birthdays, and social gatherings. Our services include food preparation, delivery, setup, and service as agreed upon in the catering contract.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MACS.

3.2. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed catering contract.

3.3. The client must provide accurate information regarding the event details, including date, time, venue, number of guests, and any specific requirements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking.

4.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified in the catering contract.

4.3. For additional services requested during the event, payment is due immediately upon completion of the event.

4.4. All prices are subject to change without notice until a catering contract is signed.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing.

5.2. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited.

5.3. If a cancellation is made between 14-30 days before the event, 50% of the total cost will be charged.

5.4. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

6. Guest Count

6.1. The final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.

6.2. If the actual number of guests exceeds the confirmed count, additional charges will apply.

6.3. No refunds will be given if the actual number of guests is less than the confirmed count.

7. Food and Beverage

7.1. MACS reserves the right to substitute ingredients or menu items due to market availability or quality concerns.

7.2. Food safety is our priority. Leftover food cannot be packaged for takeaway unless specifically arranged in advance and additional fees may apply.

7.3. Special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event.

8. Liability

8.1. MACS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from our services, except where such loss is caused by our negligence.

8.2. The client shall be responsible for any damage to equipment or property provided by MACS during the event.

8.3. MACS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MACS and is protected by copyright laws.

9.2. MACS reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Amendments

MACS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
